Opening in the UK May 30th, the new Stone Roses documentary, The Stone Roses: Made of Stone, tells the story behind their triumphant 2012 reunion gig at Heaton Park, with plenty of backstory about the band and their rise to the top 1988-1994. Tickets for the premiere sold out in 60 seconds, a testament to the eternal love fans feel for the band. Add to that the fact that the movie was produced by Warp Films, and there’s further proof of the ‘Roses wide-reaching influence.
