With Thanksgiving just behind us I am still reflecting on what I am thankful for. I do not have a very good singing voice, in fact it is quite awful, but when my daughter was little I used to sing her “Close To You” by The Carpenters. Karen Carpenter has a beautiful voice and sometimes my daughter will ask me to play her this version of the song. She does not ask me to sing it to her, thank goodness for all within ear shot! So for Thanksgiving I dedicate this Song of the Day to my most cherished treasure, Kiki.
