The Go-Betweens were a rock band from Brisbane, Australia. I’m using this term “rock” loosely as they were more than just a rock band. Grant McLennan and Robert Forster started the group in 1977 and were together on and off until McLennan’s unfortunate passing in 2006.

I’ve been listening to them a lot lately. I’m going to share with you a song from their 1988 record 16 Lovers Lane. It’s called “Streets of Your Town”, one of the many gems in this fantastic album.
