This is a song that somehow ended up on my computer, probably attached to an unrelated album that I downloaded. It was mislabeled as a Will Oldham song and I never had cause to question that attribution. When preparing to write it up as a song of the day, I discovered that it is in fact by Jason Molina, under the moniker Songs: Ohia. It is rare these days for me to discover a new musician or band that I like, so it will be nice to check out more of his work and fill in the gap.
