It never ceases to amaze me how many unusual or obscure soul groups cut records on pretty well-known labels. In this case, the record label Turbo.. owned by All Platinum… pressed up a single by a group calling itself Oncoming Times. I have absolutely no idea where this group is from, or whether it found success under another name, [though it seems they did cut one other single on Duo], but regardless, their cut “The Solution” is definitely pretty cool.
