Louisa ‘Markswoman’ Mark was a British Lovers Rock (romantic reggae) singer. Her debut album, Breakout, which came out on Bushays in 1981, is a landmark in the history of British reggae music. The well-connected producer Clement Bushay brought together some of reggae music’s finest musicians from both the UK and Jamaica to work on this record with Louisa ‘Markswoman’ Mark.
