Little Dragon is a four-piece group from Gothenburg, Sweden. According to their bio, they blend R&B, new wave, electronica and experimental pop. And yes, it holds true to their musical output. Today’s song, “Klapp Klapp,” is the first single off of their upcoming fourth album Nabuma Rubberband, coming out on Loma Vista Recordings on May 12th.

I first heard Yukimi Nagano’s voice on “Summer Sun“, a track from Koop’s 2002 album Waltz for Koop, and have been hooked since. I’m highly anticipating this release as Little Dragon’s first three albums were nothing short of perfect.
