Inc. dropped “Swear” back in 2011 on a 3-song EP (called 3), but I just heard it for the first time a week or so ago. It sounds slightly unfinished, like some lost Prince outtake, but it’s a nice catchy slice of stripped down funky soul. They have since dropped a full length LP on 4AD Records, which I need to check out. Don’t know much about the duo except they are brothers and have an apparent love for lo-fi R&B and soul.  I hope they churn out more because I like what I hear so far.
