Our DJ team is supported with professionalism and tireless dedication by our Administrative Assistant Angela Cueto and our Sound Engineer Dylan James. Ange brilliantly juggles the schedules of 12 DJs and the minute details of scores of events, making sure we operate like the well-oiled machine we pride ourselves to be. On the front line of communication, her enthusiasm never wanes. Dylan can be seen at most events keeping everything in working order (from lavalier microphones to line mixers to cables and speakers), fielding requests, taking pictures, and making sure it all looks effortless.

Ange
Ange started her career in 2001 as a buyer for Hecht’s and when it was bought out by Macy’s in 2005 she got a job with a local catering firm. She worked as a sales person and day of event coordinator on corporate events, political events and weddings! She enjoyed much success in working with the DNC, several Senators, Congressmen and Barack Obama on many various political events but enjoyed her work on weddings the most. She especially liked working with the brides, grooms and their family’s, various vendors and loved coordinating the days events.
In 2008 she left work altogether in order to start a family with her husband. In 2011 her little girl started preschool and she got the opportunity to start working in the wedding field again part time. She joined the DJ D-Mac crew and started juggling the schedules of 11 DJ’s (not to mention her husband who is also a DJ/producer). “I have really enjoyed my work with D-Mac, it gives me a chance to work with brides again and it helps utilize my best skill, organization. I also still get to enjoy a great deal of time with my family.”

Dylan
Dylan was born in Washington DC and raised in Northern Virginia. He started playing guitar at age 10 and spent many formative days and nights seeing local metal and punk bands play. An art major in college, he also studied with avant garde composer Herbert Brun and sang in a Slavic vocal ensemble. Living in DC since 1998, he discovered a love of dancing at late night indie dance parties.
He enjoys repairing and riding bicycles in the city and on the many trails that the area has to offer. He is fascinated by the new tools that are available for art and music creation. He is happy to be able to apply his interests in music and technology to creating the best possible experiences for brides and grooms, and guests at weddings and other events.
