“Hanggang Magdamag” is a song by Soul Jugglers, a funk band from the Philippines. I have it on a split 7″ with Brown Sugar that Ace Records put out in 1978.

May is Asian-Pacific American Heritage Month and last Friday, I DJ’d the Sulu DC/ECAASU AAPI Heritage Month Bash. I decided on playing all Asian/Asian-American (and related) artists for the event. Since it was an early show, I wasn’t expecting any dancing but dancing ensued as soon as I started playing Pinoy Funk.
