I know this is a departure for me and I know it is almost cliché to do a Paul McCartney song. So, let me tell you why I chose “Long Haired Lady” as Song of the Day. Not only is it one of the best love songs without being at all cheesy, but I was listening to it the other day and I just shed a tear, not many songs do that to you. This is a testament to their love and it is a shame it ended. It also has that certain something that only Paul McCartney and a few others can do. It is like 3 songs in one, he is a genius and has written some of the most clever songs EVER!!! I know I am not the first person to discover this but just wanted to celebrate it and their love.
