Self-styled Hollywood chanteuse Lana Del Rey has another hit summer album on her hands with Ultraviolence. With spot-on production work by Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys, the album creates a languid, lush atmosphere with plenty of Twin Peaks-inspired 1950s guitar riffs. Here, producer Stint has taken the tempo-changing track “West Coast” into chilled-out electro territory with an uplifting chorus (at least as uplifting as Lana Del Rey can get).
