“Following” is a little known song by a little known group. I was introduced to Chungking in 2003 when I was visiting family in London. My husband and I went to see the owner of Tummy Touch Records, Tim “Love” Lee and he gave me a label compilation CD. I listened to it on the Tube on the way home and fell in love! Each song on this album is incredible but “Following” is one of my favorites. Jessie Banks’ voice coupled with the slow music, keys, slow drum beat and harmonies all come to an amazing peak that just makes me want to cry. This is truly emotional music.
