I always loved this Boz Scaggs jam. I did a simple cut and paste re-edit of it about 9 years ago however I always felt like I should take the song too the next level remix-wise. So, a couple of years ago I decided to beef up the beats and then weave in some other drums to spice it up, and then re-work the song structure to really make it work on the dance-floor. Finally, I filtered out sections and added my effects and I felt like I had a fun jam.

It was released by Gazebo records and sat on the Beatport Top Ten in the Funk genre for a while and I even received love from Lenny Kravitz. It was up on Youtube for a couple of years and recently they decided to completely remove the video since we didn’t license the sample, so I’m giving it away via our Soundcloud link. I hope you dig it, I had a lot of fun making it and rocking this tune out.
