Briar Patch Bed & Breakfast
The Briar Patch Bed & Breakfast is located on foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains near the Shenandoah Valley. The Inn is a historic farm from 1805 that has 47 acres. The Fox Den at Briar Patch is the event space and has soaring ceilings and a great patio that can accommodate up to 200 guests. The main house has eight bedrooms and the property also has a cottage, perfect for the newlyweds!
Chestnut Hill is located in Orange, Va, right outside of Charlottesville. Built in 1860 it has six guestrooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests. They specialize in outdoor weddings and offer three packages. work with a hotel down the street that can accomodate your other guests.
Good Stone Inn

The Swann House is conveniently located in Dupont Circle, close to many of D.C.’s finest attractions. Built in 1883 with 12 bedrooms, it can accommodate 75 guests for a standing cocktail buffet and 36 guests for a seated dinner. They have two packages for 16 or 36 guests which includes an in-room couples massage for the newlyweds!
