8.  Eric Burdon & War - Eric Burdon Declares War [MGM Records] For the classic Latin funk groover, Spill The Wine. A long time ago a friend reclaimed Spill the Wine from the clutches of Oldies100 radio and put it on a mix tape for me. I was forever changed. Thank you, Nate Miller!!
