Following the lead of the international monster hit “Happy” from the Despicable Me 2 soundtrack, you can find Janelle Monáe “What is Love” paired up with another animated feature, Rio 2. The tune mixes a Brazilian beat with Janelle Monáe’s soaring vocals and an infectious hook. I wish more pop music sounded like this.
