Song of the Day: Kokayi “Leave Me Alone”

DC’s multi-genre, extremely prolific talent Kokayi is preparing to release another album from his rap/rock/alternative/electronica outfit CZRS.

As the record’s preparation heads into the final stretch, he’s been dropping some sneak peeks of the project. The first single “Leave Me Alone” leads the way. Like much of the output beyond his extensive hip-hop catalog, it defies categorization. Electro-pop maybe? Just dope.
