Song of the Day: Trus’me “In the Red (DVS1 Remix)”

bottomless bass and subtle atmospherics

Marking the recent launch of the Prime Numbers web site and store, today’s Song of the Day comes via Prime Numbers label founder Trus’me. Trus’me started the label to release house and techno records by himself and likeminded producers. Hush Records label owner DVS1 reworks “In The Red,” the title track from Trus’me’s 2009 full-length album, into a minimalist house groove, all bottomless bass and subtle atmospherics.

The minimalist classicist attitude of the music is perfectly matched by the accompanying monochromatic sleeve artwork and web site. Each label release is highlighted by gorgeous studio photography, informative write-ups, and audio straight from Soundcloud, making purchase practically a foregone conclusion.
